The Y is celebrating 20 years of the YMCA Challenger/Adaptive Program with Cause for Celebration: Challenger All-Star Classic on Saturday, September 12! Join us at the Urban Youth Academy as families, volunteers, supporters, and the community cheer on our Challenger athletes during the All-Stars and Futures games, then head to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum for a post-game celebration honoring two decades of inclusion, teamwork, and joy. Volunteer Needs: Event Set-Up: 12–3 p.m. Event Set-Up/Breakdown: 2:30–6:30 p.m. Event Registration – Full Shift: 1:30–6:30 p.m. Event Registration – Shift 1: 1:30–4:30 p.m. Event Registration – Shift 2: 4–6:30 p.m. Guest Greeters/Wayfinding – Shift 1: 1:30–5 p.m. Guest Greeters/Wayfinding – Shift 2: 4–6:30 p.m. Activity Support (Photo Station, Merch Booth, etc.): 1:30–5 p.m. Program Production Support – Shift 1: 2–5 p.m. Program Production Support – Shift 2: 4–6:30 p.m.
