YMCA of Greater Kansas City
Join Mazuma colleagues from across the metro on Monday, October 13 from 1-3:30 pm to make a difference across seven YMCA locations in the Greater Kansas City area! Volunteers will tackle meaningful projects that keep our Ys strong, welcoming, and community-ready. Opportunities include: assembling period packs for Giving Hope & Help, deep cleaning gyms and youth spaces, organizing resources, sprucing up gardens and greenhouses, power-washing playgrounds and outdoor areas, and refreshing lobbies, windows, and equipment. Every task—big or small—helps create a cleaner, brighter, and more inviting Y for our members and neighbors.

The Mazuma YMCA Day of Service will unite volunteers in hands-on projects that strengthen YMCA facilities and programs across the Greater Kansas City area. By working together on essential cleaning, organizing, and beautification efforts, we aim to create safe, welcoming, and vibrant spaces that inspire health, connection, and community well-being.
